TN5

The TN5 enables groups of users to communicate, schedule, organise and plan the workflow of operatives in a defined area using an automatic trunked system. The TN5 is a cost-effective, single site, multi-channel MPT1327/1343 system, suitable for low to medium traffic density. It consists of a 3U control shelf together with base stations, optional combiners, management terminal and radio subscriber units, providing a total communications solution for a group of users. The system can utilise either the modular FX5000 or the highly costeffective PRF10 series of base stations. Optimum system performance is delivered by allowing the control channels to work in dedicated or non-dedicated (scanning) modes, dependent upon your business requirements. An optional telephone-radio interconnect unit allows telephone interconnection via DTMF overdialling to be offered as an alternative to a full audio switch.
